Project: Marina Tower – Vienna | Austria

The unique and spectacular Marina Tower rises above the rooftops of Vienna’s 2nd district. With its two residential towers, “High Rise” and “Low Rise,” and its 500 high-end residential units, it is not only currently Vienna’s tallest residential tower but also a true oasis of well-being. The Marina Deck, the green spaces, and the spectacular terrace on the Low Rise Tower invite residents to relax and marvel at the views. Another special feature is its location in the city—right on the waterfront yet surrounded by greenery.

For all 41 floors, the planners of this residential tower opted for the proven combination of DANA and Domoferm. As a result, DANA supplied not only the apartment entry doors but also the interior doors, while Domoferm provided the steel door frames for this project. To offer the future residents of this upscale residential property the highest level of protection and security, the selected DOMINANT 3 model was equipped with our highest resistance class, Class 3.
