IP ADDRESSES

USE OF THE WEBSITES BY CHILDREN

Our websites are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. Furthermore, we do not intend to send promotional offers to children. Should this occur inadvertently, we will take immediate action as soon as we are informed of the child’s age to modify our records and prevent further offers of this nature from being sent in the future.

NEWSLETTER MARKETING

To register, store, and send newsletters, we work with the service provider EWORX NETWORK & INTERNET GMBH, Hanriederstraße 25, 4150 Rohrbach. For sending and analyzing our newsletters, we use their email marketing software, mailworx, which tracks open and click rates. Specifically, the following information is processed: time of delivery, time of opening, duration of opening, IP address at the time of opening, email program used (mail client), which link was clicked, and the time of the click.

This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of sending recipients tailored and relevant content. This data is not shared with third parties or combined with other data. The data is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Your data is transmitted to Mailworx in this process. The service provider is prohibited from selling your data or using it for purposes other than sending our newsletters. Mailworx is a certified provider selected in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR.

PARTNER PORTAL

Our Partner Portal offers a “DocClip feature” (“paperclip feature”) that allows you to customize PDF compilations and send them via email. The data requested during this process (name, address, email address, keyword, short text) is stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 180 days.
